HOUSE IN BRIEF

Our shared house is closed to Holmesglen TAFE in Chadstone, 2 mins walks to Holmsglen train station.  There are plenty of food and fast food nearby.  Grocery shopping is just within walking distance.  Running out of paper for assignment, it is just across the road to Harvey Norman.

For a first time overseas student, this is a ground breaking for learning to share, discipline and how to manage yourself for a future you!!!  

Experience how to live and associate with others different in background, culture and thought.  Learn to share, understand and mingle.  We have rooms available for single and double occupancy.  Of course...house rules applied by law!!

Our accommodations are fully furnished with bed and linen, study desk, lamp, bookshelves, broadband internet 500 GB facility in the bedroom plus ADSL2+TPG unlimited.

The house is central heating and air cooling system.

The common area such as kitchen, bathroom, toilet and living area is cleaned by cleaner 2 times/week.

The FEE from AUD$100/week/person twin share and from AUD$190-$230/week/person single room including utilities no more to pay!
